    Orders are shipped insured and always include tracking, ensuring your piece arrives safely.

    Estimated transit time: 2–7 days

    International
    Estimated transit time: 4–22 days, depending on destination and local customs processing.

    We always ship as soon as your piece is ready, and you will receive a tracking link the moment your order leaves our studio.

  • We accept returns as long as a request is submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

    Returned pieces must be unworn, undamaged, and sent back in their original packaging.

    Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, and customers are responsible for arranging their own shipping. We recommend choosing a trackable and insured service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.

    Once the returned piece has been received and approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
    You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your refund has been issued.

    Please note:
    We refund the value of the returned item(s), but shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • ROBBÉ will gladly honor any valid warranty claim, provided it is submitted within 90 days of receiving your piece. Our warranty covers manufacturing faults, but not damage caused by wear, accidents, or improper care.

    Customers are asked to pre-pay the return shipping for a warranty assessment.
    If the claim is approved, we will reimburse the return shipping costs.

    Once the piece has been received and inspected, we aim to process all warranty claims within 7 days.

    If your warranty claim is approved, you may choose between:

    (a) a refund to your original payment method
    (b) store credit for the full amount
    (c) a replacement piece (subject to availability)
